Note for Tax Receipts

If this is your first time giving, please include your Full Name and Mailing Address in the "Message" box of your e-Transfer so we can issue your year-end charitable tax receipt.

Designation

To give to a specific fund (e.g., Youth, Kids), please type the name of the fund in the message box. Otherwise, funds will go to the General Ministry.

How

You can place your gift in the offering boxes located at the back of the sanctuary. Envelopes are available in the pews for those who wish to receive a tax receipt for cash or cheque donations.

Please make cheques payable to "Rebuild Church". In addition, cheques can also be mailed to 1414 Pelham Street, Fonthill, Ontario L0S 1E0.
